Terms and conditions of use

By using the FrenchBob.com website or by purchasing any FrenchBob.com products you are bound by the following terms and conditions.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Frenchbob.com works with a variety of partners in India to provide the vast range of products and experiences to you. Our policies on refunds, exchange and cancellations are dependent on and restricted by the policies of these partners.

1. PRODUCTS: All products shipped carry their original manufacturer's warranty as applicable. If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 30 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc. Personalised items are not covered under credits unless there is transit damage or other defects.

In case of perishable items like flowers and cake delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases. 

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account. 

2. ACTIVITIES, EXPERIENCES and VOUCHERS: All FrenchBob experiences contain a voucher which is evidence of a payment for a given experience. Each voucher will show a voucher reference and a validity which must be quoted when dealing with FrenchBob and will be used to identify your payment. FrenchBob will not take responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud. 

The voucher expiry date will be printed on the voucher. You must book your participation date with FrenchBob either online or by phone, before the specified date, or the voucher will be invalid. There is no refund possible on such expired gifts. 

We are happy to make refunds or exchanges on unbooked experiences bought direct from FrenchBob within 30 days of purchase. It is not possible to provide refunds if you have already booked a date for your experience.

Experience Cancellations:

Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, FrenchBob is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. 


All experience vouchers can be sent directly to the recipient mail id.

All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.

Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked. In case of perishable items like flowers and cake repeat delivery will not be possible and no refunds will be available. 

Delivery on the exact date required is available for perishable items like flowers/ cake. All other items will be delivered on or before the actual delivery date required. 

There are no guarantees for courier shipments - we try and deliver to you as required however in various conditions beyond our control there could be delays. 


Experience Description:

The information provided by FrenchBob website and about each experience and product is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Current details of each experience are available on our website or by calling our Customer Care and are included as part of your booking confirmation. Your participation is conditional on your acceptance of the experience description detailed in your booking confirmation.  

The images used to illustrate tangible gifts or experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only and may vary in reality. 

The FrenchBob network of suppliers includes many of the best experience venues in India. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your preferred location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different supplier. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these. 

Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue.

Some FrenchBob experiences are dependent on the weather and we will advise you if you need to call to check the weather before setting out. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions. 

Complaints & Liability:

We welcome your feedback on all of our products and experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please contact us at Customer Care as soon as possible, so we have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact our Customer Care again and we will be happy to escalate the matter up with the supplier. 

We take every care in choosing our suppliers, inclusion of an experience in our range does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of the experience suppliers. Also at times despite taking care to ensure timely execution - due to reasons beyond our control there could be delays or missed timelines because of traffic related problems, courier delivery delays or National Holidays.

FrenchBob team are not responsible for claims arising from personal injury, death due to the negligence, delays in implementation or any other losses of any kind that you may face while participating in any of the experiences or products purchased. By purchasing and booking any activity you do so at your own risk and with the knowledge that there could be delays and/ or injuries in case of sports and adventure related activities. 

Copyright & Others:

All prices quoted on our website do not include taxes and these may be charged extra as you check out. We reserve the right to increase the price of any item without notice. 

FrenchBob reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with Indian law.
